Portuguese scientist, marine biologist José Xavier, created this film in 2007 as an educational tool, as a contribution to the International Polar Year, which encouraged polar education. He tells the story of an Antarctic research cruise on board the UK Icebreaker James Clark Ross, and shows the research that was carried out. In Portuguese with English subtitles.
